The ‘My Account’ section will help review the status of your orders, so that you can receive relevant information based on the respective ‘Order Number’.
In order to cancel your order, please login in your my account section. Open the order you want to cancel and you will see an option to cancel the order. Your order can only be cancelled before it reaches the ‘Dispatched’ status in your my account on Clicky app.
You can return your product easily in few seconds. Just follow these steps:
- You can Sign in to your Account.
- Go to my order section.
- Click on the View order for the specific order you want to place replacement/refund Request
- Select refund/replace option from the top and then click one or all items that you want return or replaced.
- Select the quantities and reason for replacement/refund
- Click on the SAVE button to submit the request
Delivery charge is the fee that has to be paid for the on-time delivery of a purchased product. Our standard shipping charges are Rs 200 but it keeps on changing based on the number of products purchased. For the best understanding please see the total shipping fee added to your order at checkout page.
